Zach grew up in Steamboat Springs and went to high school in Glenwood Springs. He received his Bachelor degree in Finance/Real Estate from Colorado State University in the fall of 2004. He purchased his 1st investment property at just 20 years old while in college, where he developed his passion for the industry. He has been buying and selling property since 2006 and has held an active real estate license since 2007.

Brandon Teeples

Brandon has been in the real estate industry and held an active license for over 10 years. He has extensive new construction experience where he has partnered and represented many of the regions top builders. Brandon has received numerous sales and volume awards and was a top producer at Keller Williams before he started The TC Group, LLC.

My passion has been real estate for the last 19 years. I have built a great referral network and have sold single family, attached dwellings, farm and ranch, commercial and even vacant land.

Jessica Autry

Jessica is a Colorado native and grew up in Greeley. She received an Associate of Arts degree at Aims Community College and a Bachelor degree in Psychology from UNC. After working in retail management for 8 years she began a new career in Property Management as an assistant for approximately 20 college rentals. She received her Real Estate License in 2014 and worked as an agent with RE/MAX for two years. Jessica joined The TC Group in 2016 where she currently manages over 60 residential properties, works as a transaction coordinator for 15-20 flips at a time and continues to work as a Buyer and Seller agent specializing in first time home Buyers.
